A throw of the dice will never abolish chance… The Game – Grand Finale. marks the culmination of three years of passionate research, during which Jill Crovisier has explored, through the prism of movement and sound, the multiple ways in which games are perceived and practiced across cultures: how can they transcend mere competition, create spaces of freedom, and breathe warmth into our daily lives?

As a prelude to her creation for eight dancers at the Théâtres de la Ville de Luxembourg on February 13 and 14 (www.lestheatres.lu), the choreographer will unveil a duet and three solos, and invite us to reconsider our place in the world, to discover new ways of living together, and, perhaps, to reach a deeper understanding of the game we call life.
