Kulturmillen

Kulturmillen asbl is a cultural centre founded in 2004 that works according to two different but no less complementary focal points. On the one hand there is cultural animation, on the other the preservation of cultural heritage. 
The aim is to develop the cultural and touristic potential of the mill through various activities: Conferences, events, exhibitions, courses, concerts, performances, workshops, ... 
A wide range of guided tours allows visitors and groups - school classes or others - to discover, among other things, the history of the mill, the importance of bees, the water cycle or the religious heritage. 

The Kulturmillen also attach great importance to raising public awareness of sustainable development, in particular through a visit to the energy tour, which tells the story of energy in the municipality of Beckerich. Today, the energy tour can also be combined with a visit to the new Energy Museum, which is located on the grounds of the mill.
