9:00 AM – Breakfast at Boulangerie Brisbois

Before setting off on your hike, a visit to Boulangerie Brisbois in Walferdange is a must. Here you’ll find delicious croissants, crispy baguettes, and aromatic coffee – perfect for starting your day or picking up some snacks for the trail.

9:45 AM – Hiking the Guttland.Trail Fuussepad

The Fuussepad starts at the forest playground "Bei der Antenn" in Steinsel. The trail winds through dense forests, past small streams, and across open meadows. A fascinating stop along the way is the Huel Kimmerchen, a hidden cave formation nestled among the rocks.

The ultimate highlight of this hike is the Roman temple complex, dating back to the 1st century. With dimensions of 100 meters in length and 50 meters in width, it is one of the largest Roman villas discovered in Luxembourg.
